The Stentrode's unique geometry and placement are an opportunity to explore how spatial filtering can be leveraged to separate neural signal from non-neural noise. In this project, I am investigating source separation techniques, spatial filtering and re-referencing on the Stentrode, and analyzing the resulting signal quality.
This work was presented as a poster at the WVU IUCRC Meeting in 2024, and will be presented at SfN later this year.
